The Claypit wood at the bottom of Woodsland Road, next to the Clayton Mills estate, is in a state of neglect. As local residents and neighbors, we want to protect our local wildlife so that it can thrive.

Our aim is to gather people in the area who are passionate about local wildlife, to learn more about our woods, the species within in and how to support them.

This webite is a work in progress but we hope to have a page for sightings and species, a page for updates about the project and a way to support/contact the group in the future.
